STUFFING BOX & LEAK PREVENTER
- The product fits most existing Tulsa Stuffing boxes available on the field on both 1 1⁄4" and 1 1⁄2" rods.
- It is recommended to be connected to an Interface with reset (Tulsa), to ensure safety for electric shock, short circuit power and to avoid sudden automatic turn-on after shutdown due to leak detection.
- It is supplied with a chain to facilitate the replacement of packings.
STUFFING BOX
- The equipment is mounted to the wellhead by either a 2 7⁄8" API-EUE Pin, 3" API-LP Male or 3 1⁄2" API-EUE Pin thread.
- For 1 1⁄4" and 1 1⁄2" rods.
- Shorter final height of the assembly, optimizing the pumping stroke.
- Machined inner walls, ensuring optimum sealing.
- Allows pulling up the string without disassembling the bridge.
- Supplied with a set of bronze rings, centralizing bushings and self-lubricating packings.
- Protected outer surface with anti-corrosive coating.
- Seals the rod in both upward and downward pumping stroke.
STUFFING BOX + PRODUCTION T
- The equipment attaches to the wellhead via a 2 7⁄8" API-EUE Pin, 3" API-LP Male or 3 1⁄2" API-EUE Pin thread.
- Suitable for 1 1⁄4" and 1 1⁄2" rods.
- Packing box and production tee in one body.
- Reduces problems of breakage and leakage through the threads, as it is a single compact body.

- The unit attaches to the wellhead, via a 2 7⁄8" API-EUE Pin, 3" API-LP Pin or 3 1⁄2" API-EUE Pin thread.
- It has two side outlets with 2" API-LP Box or 3" API-LP Box threads, one of them with reduction to 1⁄2" NPT thread and stopper plug.
- For 1 1⁄4" and 1 1⁄2" rods.
- Stuffing box, self-aligner, production tee and surge preventer in one product.
- Reduces problems of breakage and leakage through the threads, as it is a single compact body.

It has two side outlets with 2" API-LP Box or 3" API-LP Box threads, one of them with reduction to 1⁄2" NPT thread and stopper plug.
For 1 1⁄4" and 1 1⁄2" rods.
Leak detector, stuffing box, production tee and surge preventer in one body.
Detects and prevents fluid leaks through the packing.
Shorter final height of the assembly, optimizing the pumping stroke.

SURGING PREVENTOR
- The unit is mounted to the wellhead by means of a 2 7⁄8" API-EUE Pin, 3" API-LP Pin or 3 1⁄2" API-EUE Pin thread.
- Features 2 7⁄8" API-EUE Box, 3" API-LP Box or 3 1⁄2" API-EUE Box threaded top connection.
- For 11⁄4" and 11⁄2" rods.
- Seals the rod allowing to change packings without risk of self-surging from the well.
- Quick activation (supplied with zinc-plated forged steel handles).
- Machined inner walls, guaranteeing optimum sealing.
- Allows the passage of the depth pump and pulling up the string without disassembling the bridge.
- Exclusive TULSA cylindrical section design improves sealing with less closing torque.
- O-Ring sealing of handles, without packing, which increases sealing reliability.

ROD LUBRICATORS
The Mark I mounts directly clamping to the pumping rod on top of most existing Stuffing boxes.
For 1 1⁄4" and 1 1⁄2" rods.
Reduces packing wear by lubricating the sucker rod with lubricating and anti-fouling additives.
Prevents sand, water and abrasive elements from entering the packing area.
